how to choose the right dog bed size

Size Guide

Why Size Matters?

Just like humans, dogs come in all shapes and sizes. A bed that's too small can leave your dog feeling cramped and uncomfortable, while one that's too large may lack the cozy feeling of security they crave.

We have intentionally designed the height of our small and medium beds to cater for our shorter four-legged friends (aka miniature dachshunds). While the large bed features extra height and thicker mattress to provide adequate support for larger breeds.

Investing in the right-sized orthopaedic dog bed can make a world of difference in your dog's quality of life, so choosing the right size is crucial for ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Sizing Tips

Measure your dog: Start by measuring your dog from nose to base of tail while they're lying down in their natural sleeping position. This will give you an accurate idea of the length they need.

Consider their sleeping habits: Does your dog stretch out or curl up when they sleep? Take note of their preferred sleeping position to help determine the width and shape of the bed.
